Terms & Conditions of Service

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing an order or using our services.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of a company) and PT YHC Keramika Indonesia.

1. General Provisions

  • These terms and conditions govern the use of services and the purchase of products from PT YHC Keramika Indonesia.
  • By using these services, you agree to comply with all applicable terms and conditions.
  • PT YHC Keramika Indonesia reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • A down payment of at least 30% is required before production of a custom order begins.
  • The balance must be settled before goods are dispatched, unless a written credit agreement is in place.
  • PT YHC Keramika Indonesia reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
  • PT YHC Keramika Indonesia reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Standard lead time is 14-30 working days, depending on stock availability and order volume.
  • Deliveries within Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) use our own fleet; deliveries elsewhere use trusted logistics partners.
  • We bear the risk of damage in transit until the goods are received at the agreed location.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on volume, weight, and distance to the destination.
  • The buyer must inspect the goods on receipt and report any damage within 24 hours.
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, civil unrest, and the like) that delay delivery are not our responsibility.

4. Warranty and Product Quality

  • All granite products are guaranteed free from manufacturing defects and to match the stated specifications.
  • The warranty covers material defects for 12 months from the delivery date.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or unsuitable maintenance.
  • Natural variation in the colour and pattern of granite is a characteristic of the product, not a defect.

5. Returns and Cancellation

  • Orders may only be cancelled within 48 hours of the Purchase Order being confirmed.
  • Cancellation after production has begun incurs a cancellation fee of 30% of the order value.
  • Returns are accepted only in the case of a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on our website, including logos, product photography, and designs, is protected by copyright.
  • Commercial use of our content without written permission is prohibited.
  • Clients may not use our name, logo, or trademarks without written consent.
  • We reserve the right to use photographs of completed projects for marketing purposes with the client's consent.
